Resolved - This incident has been resolved, users should now be able to connect fully to Salesforce via Groove.

Investigating - There is currently a Salesforce outage that is causing connectivity issues with 3rd party providers that need a valid connection to Salesforce, including Groove. The cause has not yet been identified/reported by Salesforce but we will continue to monitor their status pages and update this incident as we learn more information.
